[There's a soft, sort of vague laugh followed by a cough and a bit of an audible wince before the voice comes on. Tenshi sounds pretty pleased with herself even if she did just hiss.]

Hey, so... uh, Hu Tao. I have kind of a favor to ask of you? You free? Totally have some drink vouchers in it for you if you help me out here.

[While Hu Tao wanted to enjoy her time in the festival, she wasn't going to leave a friend behind. So when she heard her message, she couldn't help but worry.]

I am free but what's wrong? What happened? Is everything okay?

Oh, it's fine. Everything's fine. I just... kind of need a change of clothes. My last set is a little ... and don't freak out, but it's kind of burned to a crisp. Except for the boots. My boots are fine.

[She laughed and coughed once, wincing again before giggling to herself.]

But don't worry. There's no problem. Trust me.

[...what.]

I-I'm not freaking out but how did you get your clothes burnt? What did you do?

[Should Tenshi hear carefully, she could hear the poor girl's voice sounding a little strained. After all, she was running as fast as she could to her apartment!]

How can I not worry? Especially when you're without any clothing?

Oh, uh... I... uh...

[There was no way to put this in a way that did not sound bad.]

You know how I like fighting? I found someone else who likes fighting too, and I picked a fight. Nothing bad. We weren't really trying to hurt each other. Well, we were, cause that's how you fight, but you know what I mean right? We were just having ourselves a little fight in private!

Uh, but she totally has fire powers. Like lots of fire. It was a really hot date in the end. [She nearly fell over laughing at that one, before wincing again.] We uh might have gotten carried away.

And I mean, I managed to make binders out of the strips of what's left so I'm decent! Mostly! Not walking through the streets though.

[In the middle of her huffing and puffing, there was the sound of a door slam. She didn't respond at first but she was breathing rather heavily before the sound of frantic footsteps were heard.]

And here I thought I was careless! You need to be more careful next time! Or at the very least, get something fireproof before you leap into battle!

[Mumbling to herself, she wasn't sure if she had anything that quite fit Tenshi's dimensions but eh...good enough.]

Now, please do tell me where you are. We need to locate you right away before the people of Enma arrest you for indecency!

Well, I mean. I knew she was strong to begin with. No way she couldn't be strong. She's an oni, so she was bound to be really powerful. I just didn't expect her to wield fire quite that much.

... I'll be looking into fireproofing before we have a rematch. Because there's going to be a re-match.

[Oh fuck, there was going to be a re-match. She just wasn't going to actually admit WHY she wanted a rematch, at least not before she admitted it to herself.]

Heh, here, let me send you the directions. It's by the river, out of the main city. You're looking for scorched asphalt right by the river. Nobody's here. No way was I calling Julieta. Can't tell a cop now can I?

[Have some directions! Wow, she went out of the way for that fight didn't she?]

Then I shall need to teach you a thing or two about using fire power. You are talking to someone who knows how to use it.

[She wasn't even going to comment about the re-match. Not when there was a chance for Hu Tao to teach her! Until then?]

[And just like that? Off she went toward a place by the river. It didn't take her long as it was fairly easy to find said asphalt. However, once she does? All she could do was stare at Tenshi before she quickly covered her eyes!

She needed to give her friend some modesty here!]

H-Hey, long time no see! That must have been quite the battle, eh?

[She waved over. Right about then, Tenshi was one step away from being in her birthday suit. Besides her boots, she'd basically turned her sleeves into the barest form of modesty she could manage. Thankfully, this place was definitely almost eerily quiet, probably because....

Well, the ground was broken at several places where two overly strong people had struck it. There were portions of asphalt that were melted and reshaped in twisted ways. Tenshi was just sitting there in the middle of a bit of small scale damage in what was thankfully not a trafficed area, grinning like an idiot. She had several first degree burns around her body, little scorch marks, a few bite marks and plenty of bruises, but she seemed in a good mood.]

Oh yeah, quite the little fight. She totally kicked my ass, but I blame not knowing she was a fire user instead of just a beat stick oni. Ah well, next time, next time I'll be on top.

[She leveraged one of the only things still on her person in front of her. Her sword was in a really heavy-duty looking scabbard and currently tied off.]

Sorry you have to see me like this, heh.

[Still covering her eyes, she did notice said burn marks all over her body. As she walked closer and handed said clothes to Tenshi, she gave a small frown. Whatever fight she got herself into, it sure was a mess.]

Even if it was a little one, I could see it was rather disastrous. I'm honestly surprised you're still talking!

[Giving a sigh, she knows she should stop there. The last thing she wanted was to keep on preaching when Tenshi was already in such a terrible state.]

But it's quite alright, I'm glad that you're okay. However, I think it would be wise that we get you to the clinic. Just to make sure your wounds don't become infected.

[Tenshi was definitely a mess closer up. She was fast to get out of one set, turning around and slipping into others with only a few winces here and there. Modesty was coming back all too quickly and she breathed a sigh of relief, making a note not to mutter about differences in style. Right now, she was just glad to be clothed.]

Man... I'm going to win round three with her, mark my words, whatever it takes. And she got me good, but I think the riverside took more punishment than either of us.

[She certainly didn't seem like she was the slightest bit worried, though at the mention of the clinic, she thought about it for a second and then grunted. They'd ask questions... bah, whatever.]

yeah, she left me with a couple burns. I probably should, just to be sure I'm fit for duty tomorrow. I'm a lot tougher than I look, but there's still limits.

[With Tenshi fully clothed, Hu Tao gave a sigh of relief. As she uncovered her eyes, it was only then that she fully could see the extent of her burns. While it didn't seem as bad now that she had clothes on, it was still enough to make her worried.]

Then shall we get going? The longer we wait, the longer those burns might get worse!

[With that, she pointed toward the general direction of the nearby hospital.]

And I'll let them know that you are a special case. I doubt they would dare say no to me after I helped out with the mission. If not, I could always just give them a little talk.

[Was she serious or not? That was up for Tenshi to find out!]

[She got to her feet with a grunt and rested a hand on Hu Tao's shoulder. There was more pressure there than there should have been. Just a bit woozy. It had been exhausting in more ways than one. A quick nod and she started in the direction at a speed that matched Hu Tao.]

If they have any sense, they're not going to make you of all people do the "give them a talk." After all, you use fire too, heh. I think... it'll be just fine. Like I said, I'm really tough, but I'm not going to take any chances.

Appreciate the help. And ... uh, don't spread it around. I don't actually want her to get in trouble or cause problems. We were doing this for fun.

Even so, it would be nice to give them a warning! Just in case if they refuse any services.

[Was she going to actually use her powers on them? Of course not but she was curious to see how far her little joke could go. Still, as she felt her hand on her shoulder, she walked slower for Tenshi to catch up]

I just hope she is aware of the damages she caused. Or at the very least, she be willing to visit you in the hospital or give you an extra pair of clothes.

[As much as Hu Tao wanted to say about her having fun over fighting? She wasn't one to talk. Not when she dealt with her fair share of questionable Fatui members.] Nobody deserves to walk around nearly naked in the middle of the streets.

I mean... she definitely saw the damage we caused. [Shrug] But really, we were kind of busy and occupied and I was still kind of recovering, so she left me alone at that point. I mean, it probably would have led to a lot more questions, believe it or not.

[She laughed softly, wincing again.]

I already have plenty to answer right now, right? Next time I'm making sure I have a change of clothes... or fireproof clothes. Fireproof clothes would be better.

Or make sure that your clothes aren't so flammable. I'm not sure what kind of materials the clothes here have but we'll have to make sure we'll cover you up with armor!

[Then there was a dramatic pause.]

And probably a lot of it if that oni is that strong.

Well... remember this is an oni's fire, so normal non-flammable stuff probably won't hold up. I mean, I pretty much am only as burned as I am because I'm not human to begin with. I'm tougher than most. But I'll figure out something before next round.

[She made a face about armor, though. No thank you.]

I like to stay mobile either way, so I can't rely on armor too much. Besides, it could heat up with the flames. And... uh... I ...

I might want to get out of it at some point in the match.

[Huh, her cheeks were red for some reason.]

[That said, Hu Tao couldn't help but raise an eyebrow or two. Despite her walking slowly, she had to walk even slower as she leaned in a little closer toward Tenshi.

Suddenly, there was a small but ever noticeable smile on her face.]

If being naked is what you're worried about, I'll be sure to provide an extra pair of clothing. I promise you, you shall not be without any materials when you're in a match!

[With that, she gave a dramatic sigh.] Again, I don't want anyone from the Enma to catch you for public indecency anyway.

[Her face went scarlet. She froze for a second, squawked once, coughed and realized just how obvious she was being about what had just happened. Tenshi managed not to flail just a little and lowered her voice.]

'Assuming she wants a round 2, which she'd better or I'm going to be pissed off, I would... probably need them after, but thanks.'

[AHEM!]

Yeah, I really only know one person in Enma and she might turn a blind eye but I'm not sure, so better not to chance it. Just being in the boonies won't always work.

I know a couple of people in Enma but just in case if you ever do go to jail? I'm pretty sure I can convince them to break you out.

[She said before giving her a wink.]

After all, one of them still technically works for me so I could probably bribe him. [But then again, considering who he is? He may or may not agree to it because he's a fun killer.]

Yeah, the less I test this, the better. We'll... uh plan it out better than this time, though we got lucky. I'm pretty sure someone'll ask why there's melted asphalt though. [She laughed a little.]

But it's nice to know I've got some help on this. After all... think she had fun. Pretty sure she did. [She was making noises like she did.]

[Again, Hu Tao couldn't help but raise an eyebrow once more as she leaned in closer. With that, there was a huge smirk on her face before elbowing Tenshi lightly.]

Oh? Is this the start of a beautiful friendship or perhaps...? Something a little bit more?

[Can she even hear the sparkles behind her words?]

[Oof! Ngh. Ok, she was fine. She grinned over at Hu Tao and her face was going furiously red.]

She's just a stupid oni. I'm not getting in over my head with an oni... even if I am planning on battling her again. And... [AHEM] It's the start of something anyway.

The start of something amazing if you ask me. What a surprise this is! To think, I am witnessing the blossoming of a relationship that is blooming!

[Although, that didn't stop her from giving a pause or two.]

Although, I suppose people have different ways of expressing love if you ask me.

I... uh... [AHEM!] You know it's actually possible it's how an oni expresses affection, since they are demons. But let's not get ahead of ... I mean...
